Gina Garver, REALTOR, serving Raleigh and Wake County

Meet Gina Garver

Thirty years of helping people make important decisions.

Before real estate, Gina spent 30 years in New York City's Diamond District, where trust, discretion, careful listening, and skilled negotiation mattered every day. That experience still shapes how she represents buyers, sellers, renters, and relocating clients today.

Licensed in Florida and Connecticut before building her business in North Carolina, Gina understands that every market and every move can feel different. After relocating from Sanibel Island to Raleigh herself, she also understands the practical and emotional work involved in starting a new chapter.

How she works

Clear communication, close attention to detail, strategic advocacy, and guidance without unnecessary pressure.

Beyond real estate

Gina is a wife, mother of two daughters, grandmother, and avid traveler who values family, relationships, and a true sense of home.

Before You Reach Out

Questions clients often have before getting started

Clear answers to a few practical questions about timing, service areas, relocation, selling, renting, and new construction.

What areas does Gina serve?

Gina works with buyers, sellers, renters, and relocating clients in North Raleigh, Raleigh, Wake Forest, Rolesville, Knightdale, Cary, Morrisville, Garner, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Wendell, and Zebulon. If you are considering a nearby Triangle community that is not listed, call or text Gina to confirm whether she can help.

Is it too early to call if I am not ready to move yet?

No. An early conversation can help you understand what should happen now, what can wait, and what may affect your timeline. You do not need to have financing, a neighborhood, or a listing date fully decided before reaching out.

Can Gina help me compare communities before I know where I want to live?

Yes. Gina can help you compare housing options, commute considerations, property types, new-construction availability, and other practical tradeoffs across Raleigh and Wake County. The goal is to narrow the search around your priorities rather than push you toward a particular area.

What does relocation support look like if I cannot be in North Carolina for every showing?

Gina can help narrow communities, research available homes, coordinate in-person or virtual tours, document important property details, and keep the process organized across time zones and schedules. She can also help you identify which questions need answers before you travel or make an offer.

How does Gina help sellers decide what to do before listing?

Gina looks at the home, current competition, likely buyer expectations, timing, and budget before recommending preparation priorities. The focus is on deciding what is worth addressing, what may not be necessary, and how to present the property clearly without treating every home the same.

Does Gina work with renters, future buyers, and new-construction clients?

Yes. Gina offers renter representation, renter-to-homebuyer planning, and independent guidance for new-construction purchases. The right starting point depends on whether you need a home now, are preparing to buy later, or are comparing builders and communities.
